Project background
This was a real estate transaction. The selling realtor had us look at the roof prior to listing, and hail damage was discovered. Pak Exteriors assisted throughout the entire insurance claims process to reach a scope of work and cost agreeable with the insurance carrier in a timely manner. The replacement was covered under the homeowner’s insurance claim.
