Project background

This roof was replaced under a manufacturer warranty claim. The original synthetic composite roofing product was defective, so the manufacturer covered the cost of the replacement material and a portion of the labor. The remaining material and labor, along with the snow retention system and the custom chimney cap, were paid out of pocket by the homeowner. At the same time, the homeowners were completing a full remodel that included a new addition, which added roof area. The work was handled in two stages. First we tore off what was needed and dried in the addition, then we returned at a later date to install the finished roofing system.
