HOA Approval
Architectural Control Committee Requirements
Willow Creek HOA 1, HOA 2, and HOA 3 each have separate Architectural Control Committees (ACC). Willow West has no HOA.
ACC approval is required before installation. We coordinate the material submittal alongside the City of Centennial permit so you don't end up with one approval and not the other.

Roof vents must be painted to match the new shingle color
Requirement 3
Solar panels must lay flat on the roof; conduit must be painted to match shingles, trim, or siding
